I was charged for two Uber Eats orders I never made while on a trip to Mexico. My phone was in my pocket the whole time. The app was no help — just useless chatbots. I called support twice, and both times they transferred me to Spanish-speaking agents who recited something and hung up. I had to call my bank to cancel the charges. This is stealing. Uber should be ashamed. I deleted the app and will never use their services again.
