I wanted to say thank you to Jody, a supervisors. I was ready to close this service but she saw what I needed help, she Jody made it right. Do not order from Uber Eats, there is no way to contact them if you run into issues, please avoid as much as you can. Use Grubhub or DoorDash.

That question is a joke! Right . I ordered Popeyes chicken from Uber eats on Wednesday the 14 of January 2026, money was taken out of my account for tip and delivery today is the 17 and uber bot Bhaven't solve my missing food , problem, I am lost for words with Ube eatsr service.

Uber charged my card twice, the whole R466 - refund my card URGENTLY. I have plans tomorrow, and this is affecting my plans badly. This is extremely frustrating, customers should not be treated this way. I read about this crazy authorisation thing, it’s robbing customers because now you take their money and refund them between 7-10 days…That is madness and exploiting customers…

I lost my prescription glasses today and was scheduled to work a 7:00 a.m. nursing shift, leaving my house at 6:00 a.m. As a nurse, I cannot afford to make errors related to impaired vision. To ensure patient safety and remain fit for duty, I ordered two pairs of reading glasses from Target via Uber Eats to cover me through the weekend until my ophthalmology appointment on Monday. According to my home security camera, the delivery person, Paul, took a photo indicating delivery but then left with my package. There was no phone call, text message, or attempt to contact me. The order was marked as “delivered,” despite never being received. I have video evidence clearly documenting this. I immediately contacted Uber Eats support through the app and explained the situation, including that I have recorded proof. The support representative, Jai, responded by stating—verbatim—that by placing an order I “accept full responsibility for the order after it’s been dropped off,” despite evidence that the package was not dropped off at all. He then abruptly ended the chat without offering resolution or escalation. This response was dismissive and inappropriate, especially given the documented proof and the essential nature of the item for safe patient care. I was left without my order, without assistance, and without a proper review of the evidence provided.

Horrible horrible service. Received wrong order, could only chat through text with a bot. Out of a $75 order they refunded me $6. The worst of the worst!!!

Had to call ubereats over missing items, they kept claiming they dont have the order, gave all the information they asked for, and then hung up instead of making things right.

These guys are the worse when it comes to refunding. Had an issue with delivery as the delivery was damaged and not wrapped properly from Five Guys in Fulham. I have asked for a refund as Five Guys couldn’t do anything as they claim. No response since 23rd December 2025 so i will be deleting the app and using Deliveroo.

The worst garbage to deal with. I have a business and whenever there is an issue nothing can be done. Simple issues with simple solutions cannot even be fixed by the people answering the phone for uber. As a vendor I wish customers would call the stores or restaurants directly as this service is awful.

DON'T USE UBEREATS. My food was misdelivered. We have proof that the RUDE, ARROGANT, NASTY, SLICK DRIVER MISDELIVERED THE FOOD. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS NEGLIGENT AND CARELESS AS THE DRIVER. I CANNOT GET A REFUND. THEY ARE PROTECTING THE GARBAGE OF A DELIVER PERSON. PROTECT YOUR MONEY. DON'T ORDER. THEY DON'T DESERVE A STAR.

I ordered food, they took it out of my account but never sent the food to the restaurant. I tried the customer service number but they no longer take calls. I will no longer use them especially since this is not the first time I've had issues with them.

Uber eats is a losers game. They’ll tell you it takes a half an hour for your food to be delivered, but then they tell the driver he has to make six more stops before he gets to you. By the time he does, your food is cold. Don’t trust them.

I was sending food to a friend to support her in the passing of one of her family members, and the order was canceled after I received information about the driver. It has happened twice now.

I just ordered from Uber eats from a Denny's. The person said that they deliver it but I never received it. I went around my entire complex and couldn't find it anywhere. There's no help to receive a refund. Unless you guys know how to do it. All I got was you need to accelerate the situation. I tried calling the driver several times. And even left a text messageand I called the 800 number and they say they're no longer taking phone calls. You have to go on the app. Which I did and I can't find any help there either. This is so frustrating I will never ever use Uber eats again. I hope your experience is better than mine. I will of course call my bank and get this reversed. Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

Just had the driver leave my order at the wrong building at my apartment complex, it's a bigger complex. I went through 4 buildings looking for it and didn't find it. The driver had major attitude with me when contacted by phone. The card I used to pay is showing 38 dollars charged to my card and only 30 dollars in refund. I'll be thinking twice before ordering anything from them again. Super irritated.

I ordered some food i canceled the order within seconds realizing i double order through restaurant app Uber Cancelled the order and kept the whole 125.00 bucks they could’ve at least charged me cancellation fees or one time credit It makes no sense I ate not 1 crumb
