I have had quite a few things go wrong with uber over the span of maybe 6 months or so. After so many issues and their unwillingness to honor their mistakes or the mistakes made by the restaurants that they are in business with, I quit using the service. I had, late deliveries, cold food, wrong items and very poor quality food. It had been awhile and they had a good deal of 40% off on a 30 dollar order. I thought I would give it another chance but once again I was so disappointed. The delivery driver's skin was yellow and he looked sick. They sent chicken teriyaki instead of beef. I don't like chicken and the gyoza was dry and hard. They said sorry but can't offer any solution for the poor quality or service. I will never, ever give them another shot. I also encourage people to use door dash as they are champion at resolving any issue. I sent photos and was trying to access to show the poor quality and the chicken instead of beef but can't find them?

UBER Eats is fraud !!!!!! stay clear of them my card was illegally charged for a tip i did not authorize, called for a refund and i was told its not possible !! how come a refund is not possible ?? for an illegal deduction ?? uber eats lacks accountabilty bunch of thieves

This company lacks accountability and blames everything on the merchant and do not properly refund your money back to your account for mistakes. I do not recommend the company bad business. also, they overcharge if you’re honest.

Customer service is a front and useless They do not resolve issues They have it there so they can look good The customer is the last thing they care about I would not want their driver to handle my food

Uber eats has the worst customer service I was charged 105.81 for an order the restaurant or uber don’t even know canceled they let the charge go through my bank talked to my bank and was told uber had not sent a cancellation or refund for that order so talked to uber they said they were done on their end deal with my bank so if you cancel or they cancel check your account

This company is the worst in customer service. I placed a large $200 order and the driver never dropped the order off, nor did they provide a pic with proof of delivery. Several "chats" via app with "customer support" they tell me there is nothing they can do. When I was notified order was delivered, and was not there I contacted support and they connected me with the driver. All the driver could say to me was "No English".....he could not tell me where he left order because he doesn't speak english! I guess that is my fault! I am definate that the driver kept the order for himself as I did see someone stop in front of my house but never got out! So driver had a great dinner and a $25 tip to boot!!! I am contacting my credit card company next.

I had this issue 4 times out of the last 5 order. The food was delivered after 45 mins of collection from the restaurant. It was cold as a rock. When I contacted the customer service, all they said was we will contact the restaurant and look into it but that’s it. I don’t care if you wanna contact the restaurant. Your delivery driver took 45 mins to deliver my food and you are not doing anything about it. Refund me or even offer a discount on next orders. I have been an uber one member for the past 2 years. Cancelling everything and deleting the apps today. You guys destroyed a really nice working company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

1) The order took 1 hour 2) The order never arrived at my address. I provided exact location, pinnned my house and even provided a photo of my front door 3) delivery driver proved he did not delivery by providing a photo that was mapped and taken over a mile from my house. 4) This is theft and a refund and further compensation must be provided immediately.

Specified I had a pea allergy and my dish arrived full of peas. I took a bite that did not contact a pea and my throat swelled so I kept my epi pen handy. I had to throw away the dish. Have been getting apologies from robots for 30 hours when I genuinely intend to press charges and robots won't provide that information. I'm not letting them screw me over again, between them and Uber, and especially not when they literally took my money to poison me.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. waiting an hour and 45 min for our order to “be canceled “ and then told the driver stole it!??? To call and NO customer service at all. Get out of here. Use door dash or anything else

Customer service goes around in circles. No escalation process for unresolved issues. Customers don't have a voice. Uber is too big and doesn't care anymore.

I am done with uber eats. Now its not only buying my orders from store far away from my home but they are always inaccurate and often is impossible to get the food refunded or delivered. NO more. I am committed to other provider. Done

Ok so I’m warning everyone do not use Uber Eats!! They take you money and tips but they send a damn robot to a large hospital in midtown and I still didn’t receive my food. Uber Eats is a rip off and and conniving will take your money and not reimburse you right away. I warned you all don’t use Uber eats ever.

They legally robbed me last night, I ordered a buy one get one free pizza from popa johns that was about 11 bucks and I was charged 58 bucks uber eats you suck, LEGALLY!!!

Just got off work. Ordered some food. And this is the first time ever it doesn't arrive at all. And they said they did. They didn't take a pic when saying it arrived. I went out there immediately and door cam didnt catch anything to no food. Called support right away and said unfortunately we cant reimburse you. So screwed out of $20 and no food.

I live in the far north of the city and usually when Im searching for food, the local restaurants come up first. However when I ordred my food, the location was in the south of the city so I cancelled it immediately. The next morning I received a message from uber eats saying there will be no refund as the merchant already began to prepare the food. I spoke with Uber eats and they said there would be no refund. The reason why i cancelled it right away was there was no way a driver would of picked it up and drive 45 minutes. I cancelled my uber eats account as there customer service is horrible and wont do business with them again.

This is my 3rd and last time canceling and Uber Eats order in just the past few weeks. They take hours longer for delivery than what it is supposed to. If I want something in 2-3 hours I’d go myself! The point is to get quick service. I’ll never use Uber Eats again. Terrible service.

If you have this app deleted it. Doordash is a better option. The app used panda express as my home address. Instead of a refund, I got an apology.Horrible customer service.

The driver we had, Chrisas(I dunno, justan evil Marvelvillain, was rude to my husband and threatened to drop off our delivery and a random spot and just to take the tip, she had another thing coming..DO NOT GIVE HER A TIP!!! She obviously doesn't care about doing her job! I've been in touch with both Firehouse and Uber. Hopefully she doesn't work with either soon!
