I had ordered food yesterday and when the driver got here, he only had the drinks he didn’t have my order and when I asked him, where was the rest of my order he stated that that is all the restaurant had gave him and then he stated that he doesn’t speak English, So that’s when I got onto my Google translator and translated the same question in Spanish and he gave me the same answer so once he did that, I showed him my Uber order and he still stated that that was all the restaurant gave him and walked off and got in his car. Once he did that I called customer service line to see if I can get a refund. The customer service representative told me that I would have to speak with a supervisor and that the supervisor would have to contact me on an email. I stated to the representative that that was not acceptable and that I need to speak with a supervisor right now to receive my refund. The representative told me that the call had ended. They have a representative called me now Saturday morning and I have not received a callback from any representative or any Uber supervisor so I got up this morning at 6 AM and looked at my bank statement and noticed that Uber did charge me the full amount amount for the food that I never received once I saw that I had got onto the customer service line and spoke with a representative. The representative stated that I would have to talk to a supervisor and put me on hold to talk to a supervisor once the representative got back on the phone. They told me that there was no supervisor available and that the supervisor would have to call me back at this point I was livid and mad I told the representative this is unacceptable for customer service and that you guys had no problem taking the money back but now I’m getting the runaround about getting my money back on my card and told me that a representative would have to call me back or send an email I have not received any emails or a representative call back. Also I’m noticed on the email that they did send me they were thanking me for using their service and told me that they went ahead and charge the amount on my card to my understanding that would be stealing because I never received my purchase and you went ahead and charge the amount on my card without me even getting my order I have been getting the runaround every since then about getting my refund. I stated that that is not good customer service and I have all I would. All I want is my full refund so that way I can delete the app and never use it again , I’m telling the representative she still stating that I would have to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor never called are going on day three and I have not received a refund or a supervisor calling me for this issue. I am really upset about this and I feel that they do not care about their customers and only get the money that they need to do a little bit more investigation on their drivers and make sure that they are delivering food. Make sure that English is a first language instead of Spanish being a first language there should be no reason that the driver cannot understand the customer and then to have the driver just not care and drive off that was the blunt disrespect to me as the customer not only do I feel like I was disrespected with the driver but now I’m feeling like I’m very disrespected as a customer with Uber eats this is an unfortunate situation and all I want is a full refund so I can delete the app and never use the app again

Cancelled delivery as delivery address was wrong. Still got charged even though I cancelled in the first few minutes never again will I use these scammers

Two customers made an order and total was $21 and later one of the customer refused to pay me and backoff from payment and uber says the customers have the right. I gave them the food. Did not delay or worse eat or decided to run away with it. This is the reason some drivers steal people’s food. And they only talk about drivers stealing food what of customers refusing to pay? And asked customer service for help and they say I have no right to know the base pay of my pay! Really?! I wasted 1.5hours of my time that will never get back and burnt 30miles but only paid for one order which was only $5 from a whole $21? Please make it make sense!!!

I clicked on the buy 1 get 1 banner for Cotton Patch and ordered 2 of the exact things. I only received 1. Uber eats is refusing to refund half my money because they say their system only registered 1 item. I asked if I click on the b1g1 banner and had only placed 1 item in my cart then why would their system allow me to check out. I got crickets.

Well, I ordered some food, waited well past the time the quoted me, looked like the driver was doing laps around my house, my food was cold, what came of my order at least. Contacted Uber Eats the SAME HOUR that my food was delivered and stated the food that was missing. They told me they’d give me a 5 dollar credit for the 10 dollar soup that was left out and that was all they were willing to credit- even though other food was messed up as well. They told me this then they never gave me a credit and when I contacted them to ask where my credit was they told me I contacted them 48 hours after the order so there was nothing they could do.

Uber eats sucks ! If you like paying a higher price for COLD food then uber eats is the place for you. Grubhub has common sense when you talk them . These mfers act like they don't know how long it takes food to get cold. Use grubhub thank me later. On top of this bs you have to watch your account they'll take 1 dollar randomly every so often

My order never arrived and the driver refused to answer my calls. The picture provided as proof of delivery was not even my door. I contacted support and they informed me that my order was not eligible for refund…..I asked for credit or redelivery and the customer service rep ended the chat……multiple times until I got a message that I had contacted support too many times and there was nothing more to be done. I will dispute the charge with my bank and never order from them again.

fu**ing horrible garbage company but it’s honestly my fault . I should have BEEN stopped using this goofy app a long time ago. I paid $80 yesterday and this idiot dropped off the completely wrong order and I went to customer service though the app and the said it’s nothing they can do even though I sent a picture . Lucky for them the don’t have a home base building in Minnesota because I definitely would have been up there on that type of time . Idiots . This motivated me to stop ordering out and start grocery shopping so I guess this mess was a great thing. Over priced ass fees then want people to tip these dumb ass drivers . Uber can go to hell I wish everybody would stop using them so they can go out of business

Uber eats is a rip off service I feel if our orders are wrong and can't be replaced we should always be allowed a refund I order one thing and got something else so why can't I get a refund or in the lease credit for the same amount spent. This company makes so much money from over charging and ripping people off. I will stay with doordash.

It took forever to get my food and all my food was cold from Applebee's which is 12 minutes away. My driver told me he had to stop and air in his tires. Took my food 1 1/2 to get here meanwhile my steak was overcooked and my broccoli wasn't even cooked all the way.

The food was great, but my voucher was not used toward my bill even though my receipt indicated that my voucher was applied successfully. The entire bill was placed on my card, which was supposed to be charge about $1.76 after applying the $25 voucher credit. Then to make things worse, the tip that I included, which was included in the 1st charge on my card, was charged against my card again when the order was delivered. I have not heard back from Uber Eats, and will not use them again until this issue is resolved. As of now, I have not been contacted by Uber Eats.

put an order yesterday for liquor. they didnt have the majority of the items i ordered so i decided to cancel the order since I didnt want to substitute. they charged me still for the full amount of the order! Ubereats support didnt do anything to help

Awful customer service, they always reply with the same automated copy and paste message When orders are wrong they ask for evidence you send evidence and they still don’t refund it is utterly disgusting

I got spoiled food from a restaurant and Uber Eats refused to refund me couldn’t eat the food it would of made my family sick yet they was informed yet Uber wouldn’t refund me that’s not good business had me waste 57.00 on food I couldn’t eat because it was spoiled

I wouldn't use UE again if I was starving to death in the Andes along with the survivors in the movie Alive and the only food we could eat was the Uber Eats delivery driver himself. Bunch of thieves.

I would not recommend to make an account with Uber Eats, as if for whatever reason you would like to delete your account /your data from their system. They will not help you with this and break GDPR rules on a heavy manner. For now I have tried to reach out to them over 6 weeks, I almost no response beside "What's your email and phone number " after providing requested details and kindly informing them about my request to delete my account there is no more communication or help. I would like to kindly remind you that my wish to delete my account and you not providing this option is a heavy violation of GDPR rules
