I was charged for my order and I never received it: He says he called. Picture shows it was in a car not at the door. I told him the receiver is sick. There's no Proof he dropped it there as we have checked as well I contacted the support team. But no response. Your website shows you provide 24/7 support so what's going on? Is this how you treat customers? I’m ready to sue because of the effect this had on a sick customer and lack of any accountability there of

Hands down the worst company ever!!! They delivered our order to the wrong house. I saw this, so I called the driver twice and never answered. Tried calling back a 3rd time and he blocked my number!!! Called them to resolve the issue and they kept deflecting the situation to another department. Then, the final department said i need to call the store for a refund.......mind you i was a business owner for 25 years and when one of my subcontractors screwed up, I took responsibility and resolved the solution and then recouped the losses from the sub. The woman I talked to said she doesn't have my payment information and that I needed to call the store. I called her out and said we use Uber all the time, you have about 7 of my cards on file. She tried telling me that Uber is not affiliated with Uber Eats!!🤣🤣🤣🤣 F this company. They're going to fail just like RedBox did.....and im going to make sure of it. Sell your stock now, if you're smart, because it's over!!!🖕🖕🖕

Food was 45 minutes late, and cold. Not the restaurant's fault because they had it ready when promised. Driver went shopping at a store while "waiting" to pick up my order... When I asked for support, I was met with little resolution and no sympathy. Customer service is a thing of the past. Won't be using again.

I used a $25 gift card given to me by my company, and they charged my entire credit card the full amount even though the receipt says they split the amount. WTAF?

Horrible customer service. My delivery address was changed to another restaurant, which i didn't change. Delivery driver tried to deliver my food order to an Olive Garden, canceled my order, and didn't respond to my phone call. They won't refund me for their mistake.

The worst customer service ever. Rather than offering any solution to a refund, which the restaurant admitted was their mistake, Aarti just ended the chat. Stick with Skip the Dishes in Canada!

This company is just out to steal your money, they promised me a promotion, and then once I saw they were billing me full price I canceled the order they still billed me, they refuse to refund me even though the restaurant didn’t make my food, I don’t have an option to get the food that I paid for either. Not impressed for now on any company that is using this app I’ll go outta my way not to eat there or shop there . Never again will I use this service. They should not be allowed to do business in Canada. Future class action could be in the works…..

Everything, wrong order, unable to refund my full amount of money! They refunded the amount of the order but refused to credit my card for the tip I had already paid! They offered to put the amount of the tip in their uber cash! I’m done with this guys… it’s like the 10th time they mess things up! So I don’t want to use their services in the future. I want my card to be credited not their uber cash! It’s wrong not to offer customers the option to reverse the transaction if things go wrong because they didn’t pay attention.

Well I enjoyed this beauty delivery, this service did not allow me to order exactly what I wanted. I ordered from Chipotle which as we know tops burritos with guacamole. I had to pay over $4 for exactly the amount that should have been on my burrito for free. I can order from GrubHub and doordash and I get guacamole on my burrito but Uber eats does not offer that option. Why continue to order from them? What does that say

TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN DONT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. WORST SERVICE OUT THERE. Was not clear about where to put your address details or phone number. Driver took a photo of out food on the street and proceeded to take it away and drive off. No food recieved. Unable to get a refund, apparently we are not elligal. The driver is called Damian reg. RV58 WZT. Absolute thief. Never use this driver or thus company for that matter. Absolute scam. Horrible service. Should shut down

Their driver refused to follow the directions that were given to her. She sat at the address that was given and I made it perfectly clear. That’s not exactly where I was. It’s a big property. It’s a Race track. I’m on the backside to go to a certain security shack she refused. She ended up being able to keep my $28 meal and I was left with nothing. the restaurant said that they would have no problem refunding the $28 but Uber says they won’t give it to me because the meal was already made but speaking to the source that made the food said they would credit it so I’m no longer using Uber

Terrible company, very hard to reach if you have an issue with your order. The delivery time on my order kept getting extended so I canceled through the app. I was charged a $20 cancellation fee and was not reimbursed. The order was originally scheduled to arrive in 45 minutes after an hour and 25 minutes of waiting it still had not arrived

Always have cold food never get warm or hot-!!! how can they get away with this when complaining they said there’s nothing they can do so what a waste of 40£ just eat is better. Your better off paying more and getting your food hot off just eat if you use the mc d’s app it will be uber who delivers it

Just had a meal stolen by the driver, along with the tip. Went to support and "Twinkle Saini" was the person that I got. Needless to say, nothing got done and I now have "UberEats credits" that cannot be used anywhere, no food, and someone named ROBERT just got $10 FOR STEALING FOOD! THIS COMPANY IS FLOODED WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! DO NOT USE IT! EVER!
