Terrible first experience.
My order was sent to the wrong address, and nothing was done to correct their mistake. I never received my food, got zero support from customer service, and was still charged. This was my first and last time using Uber Eats. I cancelled my Uber One trial on day one. Completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
