It’s beyond frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t seem to care whether your order arrives or not. So while I appreciate Insomnia Cookies for trying to make things right, the overall experience was ruined by Uber Eats. If you’re thinking about ordering, maybe call the store directly or skip the third-party app altogether.
