Received different food that I ordered and was unable to eat. I reported the issue but I was still charged the service fee. I was unable to change the tip. This resulted in me paying $16 for something I didn't order and couldn't eat. It was a partial credit.
Customer service is only done via the application. The support choices are limited and doesn't allow to interact with a human.
