I've used Uber for over a year. I have also been paying for Uber one. Several times my order has been late or cooked and sitting at the restaurant getting cold and soggy.
Today, I paid $78 plus my Uber one fee for food I could barely eat. Uber refused to make any reimbursement what so ever. I have canceled my membership and now I will be using a different service. I could go on for hours, but this is sufficient.
