I ordered breakfast from a restaurant on their app, waited an HOUR for the food to arrive. Once it did it was the wrong meal, and to make it worse I couldn’t eat the food even if I wanted to because it’s got tomatoes and I’m allergic. I file a report on their app, keep in mind this is my second time ordering with them. And they denied my refund request. So I naturally reapply for them to look into it, and I look for their customer support number. Imagine my shock when I find out they took down their customer support number, and do everything via message only on their app. Terrible TERRIBLE experience, will be deactivating my account, and going back to DoorDash. I disputed the charge with the bank, cause I refuse to be robbed of my hard earned cash at this time of year. Ridiculous.
