The courier did not complete the delivery. The photo shows the bag in their hand—not at my door inside the building or any secure location.
When I went out in a few minutes, I did not find the delivery package.
I paid money for an order to delivered. The restaurant is situated in two minutes to work. The courier could have returned the order to the restaurant.
