I ordered and was missing my drink and my side. I reached out to Uber eats and then didn’t get a reply until 13 hours later asking me for a picture of the food and receipt. How am I suppose to give you something 13 hours later? Then when I replied they never got in contact with me again. I used to be very supportive of Uber eats and paid for uber one. No one has reached out to refund me for what I never had. This is the worse Uber eats experience I ever experience and the first one ever. I even told them I spoke with the driver and I did not receive the things I was missing. If I could zero stars I would. To show I’m not lying, here are the pictures. I still have not been reached out to. I was basically ignored. If Uber eats are ignoring their customers and taking money that doesn’t belong to them, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are lawsuits headed there way.
