Literally everything. My food order was completely wrong and contained many of my allergens. I could have gotten severely ill and all they did was say thank you for your feedback. They left me with no credit or refund and no edible food. I’ve been on a chat with customer service for 2.5 hours at this point and the messages are automated and not accomplishing anything. No attempt at remedying an awful situation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If they had negative stars I’d give them a -10.
