I got the wrong delivery, someone else order.
I’ve been going around customer service for hours, got refund for my groceries but not all the attached charges.
I’m charged $20.78 for an incompetent delivery driver, who had, I assume, his kid tagging along. Very unprofessional!!
I’m a senior with poor vision and only one eye, I’m in a wheelchair.
Very very poor service. I’ll find a different way of getting my Safeway groceries.
Any suggestions out there?
