Too much trouble dealing with so called customer service. I contacted customer service via the app when one of the Uber drivers claimed I cancelled an order that was not fulfilled. The driver lied stating I cancelled so she could get credit for the order but that was not true. It took me about 3 hours to finally get a refund after being denied it several times. I was being scammed and due to the lack of not being able to talk and explain to someone in customer service I now feel that Uber Eats is not a viable or trustworthy service because they do not allow the CUSTOMER the ability to resolve a situation like this by calling them. Yes the customer is the reason they even have a business. They should think long and hard because you lost one with me, my family, and any friends I tell about it.
