Uber Eats charged extra charges on my Uber Eats receipt from Costco, stated as "adjustment charge", and gave reasons for it, but I didn't fall under the criteria of those reasons, but the agents kept saying that I was not eligible for the refund. Also, there are no taxes on groceries on my Costco bill, but I was charged taxes. Several agents gave me the same response (that I am not eligible for a refund) but gave no reason for the charges. Then 2 agents said they have not heard from me as I was typing my response and they ended the chat. The Customer Service at Uber Eats is zero. I'm not sure if people are dealing with real life humans when chatting or bots. Either way issues are never resolved and the extra charges they take from your account like thieves are never refunded. When I asked to speak with another agent they said they will get in touch with me within 6 to 12 hours. This is ridiculous , unacceptable, and shameful for Uber Eats!!!!
