I have a huge problem with this company. I've placed an ordered three times this week. Each time Uber eats assigned my order to a dasher who has multiple orders. So I order my food, get it super late, and it's cold. Meanwhile they don't even refund or compensate me. Why are you assigning multiple orders to a driver at the same time, causing your customers orders to be late, and cold. That symptom doesn't work, please assign one order at a time. I already wasted over sixty dollars so I won't be ordering again from this company. Do better
