I have been using UberEats for a few years now but recently their service has deteriorated so much that I am trying to get their attention in hopes that they will do something about it
I wish they had their own complaints section
The main complaint is that their delivery is so slow that after 2 hours waiting, the only options I have are cancel the order or pick it up myself
They must have a better way check the status and at least offer to find another driver
