The driver was on the phone with me as I gave her specific directions! The idiot still delivered never delivered it to our door! Then I used the app to contact her and she never picked up! I even called 813.564.8316 the number she called from. Still no answer. If you guys charge me because this one idiot couldn't follow specific directions, and your system failed to put me in contact with her I better not be charged for this or I'm contacting my credit card company.
