I ubereats applebee’s to my house, i got buffalo bones less wings with ranch. i got sent barbecue with no ranch. i emailed uber right away and they got back to me, very quickly, refunded my order, and even gave me money in my uber account for delivery charges and tip. Very good customer service for me.
