Ordered a few times via ubereats mainly McDonald's and had no problem with drivers or customer service. However McDonalds always seem to miss an item of or put something wrong in bag.. I know the bags aren't checked by driver so not drivers fault. How ever ubereats refund without hesitation if I have a problem with either missing food or anything else
