My wife and I accidentally clicked the wrong address for our order. We noticed it right away and the app told us to call customer service, the representative couldn’t help us change the address and kept us on the phone for another 12 minutes and wasted our time trying to fix the problem. We had to call the restaurant and they were able to tell the driver where it was supposed to go. Please make it easier to change the address of where the food is going if your driver hasn’t even picked up the food yet.
