Tried to order on the App on my tablet. kept getting the message that the order couldn't be processed. I did another order on my phone and it went through. Then I received 2 orders of food 1. 5 hrs apart and was charged twice. contacted Uber and they said I was only charged once. sent them a copy of the 2 transactions on my credit card but they said my card wasn't charged. very poor customer relations. I'm ditching this service and going with Skip the Dishes instead. Disappointed and Dissatisfied.
