Uber Eats are refusing to refund a missing item from my order, when all they have to do is to contact the driver who is totally aware of the situation. He even tried to call them himself but it never went through and he had to go.
Uber Eats are saying that based on my account they can’t make this refund,.. Basically telling me I am a liar as it has been twice in two recent orders that I am complaining. Well instead of insulting me Uber Eats, you should apologise and give me a refund!
