After telling UCR I had just had a brain tumour removed and had been diagnosed with incurable brain cancer, I told them I no longer run a business. They continued to bully me into what I thought was a domestic tariff. I now know it was business at an extortionate rate. Whenever I call it’s just an answer machine.
