Had 3 different people phone for a contract that was not due for renewal until August 2020. Even when I said I would ring back the first 2 Dev & Tom would ring back within a few days, they did send current rates for British Gas on email but were too pushy about rates going up. I agreed contract over the phone with Dee who was very polite and spoke common sense.
