Quickly took nearly £300 off my 18 year old vulnerable daughter. When I found out I have sent emails to this company and they have only offered her a £50 refund. I am disgusted and still trying to fight this as I believe they have taken advantage of a young person who doesn’t fully understand what she was signing up and and actually the costs involved. I have asked for it to be escalated and want to speak complain to someone higher up the chain but apparently the board have reviewed her case several times and the resolution remains the same! Not a happy parent l!!
