So disappointed with this company's compassion.
My daughter was so excited to tell me she was going to start her travelling dream and had paid money towards this company for their services.
Unfortunately I had to then tell her that my breast cancer had returned. My daughter then appealed for compassion in this difficult time and asked for a refund so she could emotionally and financially be here for me. My daughter had only made a part payment at this stage. Their customer support team said they would look into it, but have not responded to her. It is so sad that they have no compassion for individual situations
