After realizing I was getting nowhere, I decided to cancel the service and signed a refund agreement on 05/15/2024, which promised a $500 refund within 3 days. It's now been months, and not only have I not received the refund, but UIS Canada has also completely ignored my multiple attempts to contact them for an update. What's worse is that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and UIS Canada has not even bothered to respond. This speaks volumes about their disregard for their customers. Due to their terrible service, lack of communication, and failure to honor their refund agreement, I am now demanding a full refund of $3,490. Stay away from UIS Canada if you value your time and money.”
