Their dedication surprised me; what started as a stressful problem ended with relief and gratitude.

Working with CONVENTCHARGE.ORG was a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. They responded quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and paid close attention to every detail. Their team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with, making everything straightforward and stress-free. It’s not often you come across a service that’s both fast and dependable, but they delivered on both.

Absolutely Disgusting Service – Do Not Trust This Company I have been requesting copies of my call recordings for nearly 7 weeks, only to be ignored time and time again. Now they are outright refusing to provide them, even though customers are legally entitled to access this information under Canadian privacy law. This company is clearly mis-selling and mis-advising people — otherwise, they would not be hiding behind illegal practices and refusing transparency. Avoid UIS Canada at all costs.

It seemed legitimate at first, but when I couldn’t withdraw my funds, reality sank in. I’d sent roughly $3,200 in Bitcoin, only to be told I needed to pay an additional $1,000 “unlock fee.” That’s when I knew I’d been scammed. The shame was overwhelming, and I hesitated to tell anyone. I stumbled across a post about FRAUD SHIELD RECOVERY INC and decided to reach out. They were professional, didn’t demand upfront fees, and simply requested the wallet addresses while explaining their tracing process. In the end, they tracked my Bitcoin through multiple wallets, discovered some had landed on a major exchange, and assisted me in filing a report. I recovered about 80% of my funds.

I strongly advise against using UIS Canada for any immigration consulting services. I paid $3,490 for their assistance under the Atlantic Immigration Program, expecting professional guidance, but the service I received was abysmal. Despite their promises, I got little to no help, and the entire process was frustrating and disorganized. After realizing I was getting nowhere, I decided to cancel the service and signed a refund agreement on 05/15/2024, which promised a $500 refund within 3 days. It's now been months, and not only have I not received the refund, but UIS Canada has also completely ignored my multiple attempts to contact them for an update. Their lack of communication is shocking and unprofessional. What's worse is that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and UIS Canada has not even bothered to respond. This speaks volumes about their disregard for their customers. It’s clear that they have a pattern of scamming clients, as there are numerous similar complaints against them. Due to their terrible service, lack of communication, and failure to honor their refund agreement, I am now demanding a full refund of $3,490. Stay away from UIS Canada if you value your time and money.

So disappointed with this company's compassion. My daughter was so excited to tell me she was going to start her travelling dream and had paid money towards this company for their services. Unfortunately I had to then tell her that my breast cancer had returned. My daughter then appealed for compassion in this difficult time and asked for a refund so she could emotionally and financially be here for me. My daughter had only made a part payment at this stage. Their customer support team said they would look into it, but have not responded to her. It is so sad that they have no compassion for individual situations

SCAM - Do not trust. They scammed $1500 USD from my 18 year old daughter and refuse to refund. They harass you on the phone and email using bully tactics to try and force you to sign their Service Order Confirmation Form... do not open or sign anything! Just complete the easy free procedure yourself on the official Canadian government website... canada. ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/iec/apply-work-permit.html The process is very easy to do yourself and free to complete applications and only a small cost at the end on approval with no scam or middleman required.

After 2 months from paying more than $5400Aud to UIS Canada for, what my partner and I were led to believe was the process for working holiday visas for a couple months, we found out that the person who set up our account was actually charging us for citizenship/permanent relocation. After dealing with numerous rude and passive aggressive consultants across multiple departments within the company we decided that we didn’t want to deal with the company nor travel to Canada at all anymore due to the fact we just wanted an extended holiday, not to move our whole life to Canada. After some persistence we were finally granted a refund of only $1600Aud that we begrudgingly accepted (because we just want to be done with this company) on the 24th of March. It is now June 18th and we have no answers or any communication back to us about what is happening. Victor Goldman, who has been handling our case since the refund was granted, has given us excuse after excuse but never any clear reasoning why it has taken so long nor any indication as to when we might receive our refund. Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Misleading communication. We feel like they have just robbed us of more than $5000 in return for sending us a couple documents for citizenship that we didn’t even fill out or want and have been taken advantage of during, what should have been an exciting and life changing experience.

Most disfunctional and incompetent companies I have used. After 8 months in the process I gave up with them. The client representative had no idea what was he doing and most of the research I had to myself to figure out what needed to be sent. There would no follow ups or transparency. I was chasing up every month to see the progress of the application and would get no answer. The staff are completely rude and would come back to you with an attitude. Do not use better do it yourself.
