This is the 3rd time I have ordered collar and leash from here ,i have always been very happy with my purchase ,personalised , understood it takes a while to receive ,the company explained it takes a while because they order in batches ,well worth the wait ,great quality and price .they even phoned me to say it takes a few weeks but I new this from previous orders ..I must be one of the lucky ones but after 3 orders I have never had a problem ..
