“AVOID! Not a UK company as they are not registered with Companies house. Purchased 2 collars which are unusable as the buckle blocks the phone number.
They refused a refund or replacement, and wouldn't give any company details, THEY ARE FAKE!!!!!!!

“This is the 3rd time I have ordered collar and leash from here ,i have always been very happy with my purchase ,personalised , understood it takes a while to receive ,the company explained it takes a while because they order in batches ,well worth the wait ,great quality and price .they even phoned me to say it takes a few weeks but I new this from previous orders ..I must be one of the lucky ones but after 3 orders I have never had a problem ..”

“I ordered 6 of these, 3 different sizes. I'm a dog walker so it's much easier for me to use embroidered collars rather than keep blowing money on tags.
Took two weeks, 3 days to arrive. Quality is incredible, sizes are awesome. I'll be ordering a few more of the smaller size as I have lots of smaller dogs. Now I know the quality is fab, I'll be ordering these left right and centre 🤣👌🏻👍🏻”

“Waiting since March for a collar said it had been lost by courier promised new one , still not arrived they only contact you at night so it isn’t a UK based company , then it was in London and I would get it by 1st June still not here I’m told it was returned but it was never delivered, shocking customer service so who no’s what the next line will be maybe another story , China made not UK that’s why it takes so long ! Won’t ever use them again and I will keep posting negative comments to warn others 😫”
“Ordered 2 collars. Delivery took 5 weeks despite advert saying 2-3 weeks. On arrival one of the collars was printed with someone else's name. I complained and the company said they would re-make. Waited another 4 weeks. When the replacement arrived it too was made with the wrong name but there was an additional buckle enclosed with correct details. For me to use this, however, I would have had to unpick the stitching, add the buckle and then re-stitch it!”
