Waiting since March for a collar said it had been lost by courier promised new one , still not arrived they only contact you at night so it isn’t a UK based company , then it was in London and I would get it by 1st June still not here I’m told it was returned but it was never delivered, shocking customer service so who no’s what the next line will be maybe another story , China made not UK that’s why it takes so long ! Won’t ever use them again and I will keep posting negative comments to warn others 😫
