I recently posted a review about not receiving goods and not able to get in contact with anyone regarding it.
The matter has now been resolved and I am in the process of removing the review.
I am satisfied with the circumstances surrounding the misunderstanding and it's been resolved quickly and efficiently.
Anyone waiting on orders or waiting for contact, please note it is being sorted and there is a reason for the late deliveries.
I would not hesitate in using UK Garden Supplies again and I apologise to them for the original review I posted.
