We purchased a black metal garden arch which was very badly made. It was returned/collected on 9/8/23. We have emailed UK Garden supplies twice as no refund has been made as of 24/9/23 but unfortunately they haven’t responded and telephone goes straight to voicemail. They have good ratings which is why we bought from them however, never again!

I put an order in back nearly 2 months ago and still haven't received the obelisk I paid for. I also have tried emailing and leaving messages but to no avail. I also wish I had checked these messages :(

Received goods promptly but cannot get a VAT receipt - 3/4 phonecalls where it was promised , numerous emails too. Told my email isn't working but clearly an excuse as their automated emails come through. Requested to have them posted - no response. If you cannot get a VAT receipt I am inclined to think the business is charging VAT, scamming their taxes & keeping the money. Due an HMRC audit I think.

I. too, wish I had read this website before placing an order. Ten day since taking the money from my account no sign of delivery of planters. Two messages left. One email sent. no response.

Customer service is nonexistent - telephoned twice left message followed up by email - every time I call always asked to leave a message. The items ordered were received badly packaged and broken. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Completely got the wrong end of the stick. My order actually arrived but my elderly mum just assumed they were for my sister so did not inform me. I feel I have to come back to clear the air as I already wrote a poor rating. I do apologise. Yes, all my products actually arrived My apologies all

I wish I’d seen all this review, I would never have placed an order with this company. Ordered 4 items, I have only received one which was delivered by a ‘ghost’ because I just opened my front door and package was just there !! I’m yet to receive the rest of my order and customer support is almost non existent. Please be warned- order at the risk of your mental health

Customer service is non-existent. Wrong parts delivered. Unable to get any form of response to either emails or telephone calls. I know these are difficult times but all I need is an acknowledgement that they are dealing with my problem. Shambolic!!

This company has taken over £220 from my bank account last month, and have not received either order confirmation of goods, or goods. Their shambolic website should have alerted me to the fact that they are not to be trusted. I wish that I had read the reviews before placing an order. I have been looking after my ill mother for 10 years, and thought that I knew the online market place pretty well. If you value your sanity, then DO NOT deal with these people!! They are charlatans, and have no code of practice. REALLY!! It is all very sad, as I do believe that their products are meant to be good. Wish that I could judge for myself!!

I had placed my order (Bamboo fencing) last Saturday and then checked out the reviews. Initially I was concerned on reading some of them but I have to say there was no need to worry. I received my order promptly and am thoroughly happy with it. Great quality and great service. Thank you so much Fiona I would happily recommend and buy from you again.

I ordered several garden supports and they arrived promptly. However, one of the items was incorrect (similar but smaller and cheaper item) and I have failed to receive any response from this company. I have emailed, left voicemail and even texted the number they suggest but all to no avail. I could understand if they’re having problems and have said so but just need a response. This is making me extremely stressed. I am shielding, live alone and have no one to help. Sadly I cannot recommend this company. I’ve had to do a lot of online ordering over the last couple of months and this is the only time that I’ve been treated so badly. Beware. Shame as the products are good and would get a much higher rating if they just responded by any means.

ordered a wooden planter - quick delivery but it was the wron one - small not large. Sent emails/onlineform - no response left phone message, no response. Finally got through on phone, they offered collection or refund difference in price, said I'd take refund. They paid £10 to my account - not the £13 difference - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered 3 items in March, only 2 delivered. Have sent 4 emails and rung 3 times but no response. Can't get missing item delivered or a refund. Absolutely no customer service. Would never use again. Do not order from this company.

Ordered 2 packs log rolls and 1 pack of spikes on 18.05.20. and they arrived on 20.05.20.!! So pleased with quality of goods and prompt delivery - I have now finished garden revamp and really pleased with end result and look! Would recommend UK Garden Supplies.

Very pleased indeed with the service from this company. The slimline greenhouse is just what I needed for a small space. When it arrived there was a slight defect with the stitching on the cover leaving a gap. I contacted them and they could not have been more helpful. A free replacement arrived by courier next day!
