“I’ve taken delivery today (Tuesday) of the 2 large wooden troughs I ordered last Friday - the Bank Holiday Friday.
I am really impressed - the speed of delivery has been unbelievable, the quality of these troughs is amazing and they are exactly what I wanted.
I’ll be visiting the website again for more goodies and will be recommending it to my gardening friends. After being badly burned in the past I’ve had my faith in buying from online garden suppliers completely restored - thank you”

“I recently posted a review about not receiving goods and not able to get in contact with anyone regarding it.
The matter has now been resolved and I am in the process of removing the review.
I am satisfied with the circumstances surrounding the misunderstanding and it's been resolved quickly and efficiently.
Anyone waiting on orders or waiting for contact, please note it is being sorted and there is a reason for the late deliveries.
I would not hesitate in using UK Garden Supplies again and I apologise to them for the original review I posted.”
“Placed an order on the 21st April, still not received it. Have sent several emails and messages and left voicemails....nothing! Complete silence! Took my money for the item though, if uk Garden Supplies read these. I want a refund, and will not shop with you again.
Be warned, they are still taking orders and taking your money, but no one will answer queries”

“The delivery of ordered item delivered very quickly. However it was the wrong item, a cheaper alternative. When I ring there is no response, no response to email either. I must have left at least five messages but nothing. Very disappointed with their dreadful customer service. I would never recommend them”

Fiona was extremely apologetic and promised to send me another one by the end of the week. In fact the replacement arrived within 48 hours. “Ordered a Springer spaniel garden ornament, received it but it wasn't the one I had ordered. Tried ringing them, phone just rings and is never answered. Emailed them and received a reply stating they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Had to email again to say I didn't want the one they sent me but the one I had ordered. The one they sent was cheaper than what I had ordered. They emailed me a return sticker. The item was returned but I'm still waiting my refund. Wouldn't use again”
