Every experience when ordering Heatlogs has been quick, simple and easy and always done in a very professional way.
Only one thing i would say is after having the firelighters for some time now, the hollow spiral ones are nowhere near as efficient as the solid ones, and do take a while longer to get going, so not a fan of them.
