This is our second purchase of a half pallet of heat logs they are a great product light really easily and burn very brightly and give out a huge amount of heat. We have found that you must store the logs in dry conditions not a garden shed or open garage. We found that thy easily absorb moisture and expand and then needed drying out to burn successfully, so hopefully storing the new half pallet in the house will keep them nice and dry. We use the heat logs with coal and wood on an open fire and it is a great mix and reviving a dying fire is there great strength along with the small amount of ash. A great product and great service
