The heatlogs are fine, the delivery was awful. I had read all the instructions and was aware of the restrictions but due to an impatient driver ended up with a pallet of logs blocking a private shared lane. I am also aware that the delivery company are separate from UK Heatlogs but would be wary of ordering again as a result of delivery problems.
