A great service, delivery date was arranged to suit us, and living along a gravel drive required the courier to go beyond a 'kerb-side' delivery with his vehicle which was done with no trouble at all. We don't find the product breaks into pucks as easily as required but having a large woodburner we can accomodate putting in whole heat logs which then expand and split nicely themselves.
