There's not much needs to be said. The batch of UK logs we ordered recently are a better product than the European version we used last year, in that they were better packed and less susceptible to damp over a number of weeks. The order process is easy and there's a human to discuss any issues with, so that if anything does go awry, it can be dealt with quickly. I'll happily recommend UK Heat Logs to anyone with a wood burner for the uniformity of burn and output and the minimal ash to be cleared out.
