A great service all round. The heatlogs arrived when they were supposed to, the boxes are easy to stack and store coming in a convenient size, the kindling and easy-lighters get going really quickly and the briquettes themselves give off a lot of heat with very little ash. All-in-all, a clean, simple product that delivers all that it promises. I will definitely re-order.
