I was a bit apprehensive when researching heat logs versus normal logs. I had used ordinary logs in New Zealand for the last 11 years and experienced problems with heat output with moisture content (usually caused by the way the logs were stored by the trader or getting wet whilst being delivered). I have been pleasantly surprised with these UK heat logs. The order and delivery process was easy with the logs delivered on a pallet in conveniently wrapped packs of 3 and dry because they are delivered in closed transport. If I hadn't purchased the heat logs then I would have gonefor the kiln dried logs because wet or high moisture content logs just don't give the heat and whilst they may be cheaper they can work out dearer in terms of efficiency and heat given. I will order more UK heat logs for the winter and the loyalty bonus discount makes them an even better purchase.
