We have been using kiln dried logs for over five years but found the quality variable. Sometimes they were not as dry as they should have been or the consignment contained logs that were rotten. Having heard about heatlogs recently I phoned Chris who sent me a complimentary set of boxes to use on our range cooker. They produced more heat than kiln dried logs; were easier to handle and store in the garage. I subsequently ordered a full pallet and we are enjoying more consistent Central Htg temperature from our cooker. Thanks Chris and the team. Regards, Simon B
