Very happy indeed. There has been a re-packaging since a few years ago which is great because each heat log is a bit smaller and more manageable. They are packed vertically rather than horizontally in the box which is better for stacking as the weight is in the direction of the sawdust compression of the logs. Need to think carefully about the pallet size you are buying in case the delivery man cannot get the pallet out in one go with the fork-lift. Then you need to resort to manually doing it. I had a sack-barrow on hand for delivery of a third of a pallet and it worked fine. Well done for providing a nice product.
