My poor rating is not for the heat logs which are very good. However, trying to arrang delivery was an absolute nightmare. Becky at UK Heatlogs did her best to sort out but it took many phone calls on my part, and many days of waiting before delivery was made. When the logs arrived the delivery driver did a good job of placing the pallet near to the house. Do not know if I will bother purchasing again - unless something can be done about delivery options.
