Very good. Delivery is pretty prompt. The logs are very good. Important that they are kept dry and away from damp while being stored - so leaky sheds are not good.
Just follow the burning instructions and they are toasty! Generally very little ash is left so grate cleaning is only necessary (for us) every few days or couple of weeks.
