Great advice and a free sample helped us decide to buy a palette of Heatlogs. They arrived as promised, with good communication all the way through from order to delivery. They burn well and slowly, mixing well with our dry logs. Our only slight problem was that the palette seemed poorly loaded and had to be offloaded from the lorry by hand: hey - the Heatlogs kept us warm twice
