Since 2019 I have rang, texted and emailed about my reward points. I’ve never had any. I spend in excess of £500 a year here. All that’s happened is I’ve been fobbed off by the customer service . I even went In store and had them put on with confidence but when I went online zero.
I’m done with them, I no longer order anything I don’t care how nice the items are. No wonder they are struggling- poor customer service aswell as ridiculooooous prices.
