I live near Boston and I bought a dress from Monsoon's online store in early July, 2021. Several weeks later, I discovered it was shipping from China. Ok. At the beginning of August, United States Postal Service Tracking let me know it had arrived on the east coast and my package was on its way. Sadly, it was delivered to an address in Boise, Idaho.
I wrote to Monsoon's customer service department and got no response. I suspect I will never get the problem resolved.
I wish I had read the reviews before buying anything. This purchase was a disaster.
