I'm still waiting for Monsoon to look into why my rewards cant be used at checkout. This problem started Nov/Dec 2019. Since Feb 2020 the rewards have been visible when I login, but at checkout they cant be applied. I gave been contacting Monsoon since Feb (pre lockdown) and just get excuse after excuse. Now they are just ignoring me and say they are no longer monitoring the trust Pilot site. I question if the rewards still exist. If they are no longer honouring rewards due to the companies financial difficulties then why cant they issue an official statement. Has anyone else had problems?
