I returned a dress 9 weeks back. Not received any refund. Poor customer service. Chat is not helpful as they say some one will email. Calls, even after holding the line for 1 hour no one answers the call. E mail, gives only automated reply. Not sure how to get the money back.
Did not expect such a poor customer service from a company like monsoon.
